Ingredients for making Italian Milk Straw Nest with Oreo:
1 box of condensed milk
4 tablespoons of cream (half a box)
4 tablespoons of Nest milk
50 milliliters of milk
1 pack of Oreo cookie
Nest milk for topping
How to make Italian Milk Straw Nest with Oreo:
Start by dissolving the powdered nest milk in the milk, mix well until it turns into a smooth cream.
Open the Oreo cookies and separate the filling from the cookie. Chop the biscuits into medium pieces and set aside the filling.
Tip: You can also use Negresco biscuit instead of Oreo biscuit.
In a saucepan, add the condensed milk, the cream, the Nest milk dissolved in the milk and the Oreo fillings. Mix well and bring to low heat.
Keep stirring over low heat until it thickens and turns into a firm cream, like the one in the photo.
Remove from heat, add the chopped biscuits and stir well. Then place this Italian Oreo straw mixture on a glass serving dish covered with parchment paper.
Tip: If you don't have waxed paper, use plastic film or an open bag
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Unmold, cut the pieces of Italian straw from Ninho and Oreo and pass them in the Ninho milk.
